1 cup sauerkraut, drained
1 can corned beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 Tbs parsley
2 Tbs horseradish
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup water
Preheat oven to 375.
Mix sauerkraut, corned beef, onion, parsley, horseradish, and salt. Shape into 1 inch balls.
Beat water and egg together. Dip balls into egg mixture then into bread crumbs.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 20 minutes.
